Software & AI Engineer (Internship)

Build new platform features, bring AI agents into the product and fine-tune models for medical learning content, working directly with our Engineering Lead.
What you'll do
  • Implement features end to end, from the TypeScript frontend to the backend on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including testing, code reviews and deployments via GitHub Actions
  • Bring AI agents into the product: build MCP-based agents and tools for admin functions and customers, and assess their reliability with systematic evaluations
  • Turn learning content and annotations into datasets, run fine-tuning experiments and compare results against clear metrics and baselines
  • Improve our development process with coding agents: test and integrate workflows, conventions and reusable skills for the whole team
  • Design and migrate data models for content, annotations and usage data, with Swiss data residency in mind
What you bring
  • Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, physics or a related field (ETH Zurich or comparable)
  • Confident in TypeScript and/or Python, with your own projects or code to show
  • Practical machine learning experience, e.g. with PyTorch; first experience with fine-tuning or LLMs is a plus
  • Solid grasp of data modelling and relational databases
  • Independent way of working, contributing to technical decisions and explaining your thinking clearly
  • Very good German or English
Nice to have
Experience with LLM agents, tool use, MCP or evaluations; Kubernetes, Azure and CI/CD; computer vision or 3D reconstruction (e.g. Gaussian Splatting or NeRF); and an interest in medicine or medical education. Industry experience and medical expertise are not required.
What we offer

Growth Marketing Manager

Drive our growth across digital and commercial channels, from strategy to campaigns, with one clear goal: qualified leads, higher conversion and sustainable growth. Start immediately or by agreement.
What you'll do
  • Develop and implement a holistic growth marketing strategy for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Build and optimise the full funnel, from awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention
  • Plan and run performance campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other channels, and test landing pages, messaging, creatives and calls to action
  • Build automated lead nurturing and CRM processes, and run email, newsletter and outreach campaigns
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments, track KPIs such as CAC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS and customer lifetime value, and report on them in dashboards
  • Support SEO, website and conversion rate optimisation, product launches, partnerships and events
  • Work closely with sales on lead quality, handover and sales enablement, and manage agencies, freelancers and the marketing budget
What you bring
  • Completed degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital marketing or a related field
  • Practical experience in growth, digital or performance marketing, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Confident with data and marketing KPIs, and able to turn analyses into concrete improvements
  • Independent, structured and execution-focused, with initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent German and English
Nice to have
Several years in growth or performance marketing, ideally B2B and in a startup or scale-up in SaaS, HealthTech, MedTech or EdTech; experience with CRM and marketing automation, tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO and content marketing, working with sales teams and international markets; and an understanding of medical or healthcare audiences.

Medical Education Lead

Lead the medical content and curriculum behind the platform, full-time and close to the product.
What you'll do
  • Lead the medical editing team and its content development
  • Oversee the medical quality of the whole platform
  • Develop evidence-based curricula, courses and learning paths
  • Present complex medical topics in a pedagogically sound way
  • Bring a medical perspective into new feature development
What you bring
  • Completed degree in human medicine
