What you'll do

Lead the medical editing team and its content development
Oversee the medical quality of the whole platform
Develop evidence-based curricula, courses and learning paths
Present complex medical topics in a pedagogically sound way
Bring a medical perspective into new feature development

What you bring

Completed degree in human medicine
Passion for medical education and knowledge transfer
Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working
Comfortable taking responsibility and driving projects
Interest in digitalisation, AI and learning technology
Fluent German and English

Nice to have

Clinical work experience, plus prior involvement in medical teaching or curriculum development.
