Medical Education Lead

Lead the medical content and curriculum behind the platform, full-time and close to the product.
What you'll do
  • Lead the medical editing team and its content development
  • Oversee the medical quality of the whole platform
  • Develop evidence-based curricula, courses and learning paths
  • Present complex medical topics in a pedagogically sound way
  • Bring a medical perspective into new feature development
What you bring
  • Completed degree in human medicine
  • Passion for medical education and knowledge transfer
  • Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and driving projects
  • Interest in digitalisation, AI and learning technology
  • Fluent German and English
Nice to have
Clinical work experience, plus prior involvement in medical teaching or curriculum development.
